Next week, I am TAKING A BREAK from running the circadian experiment.

OY.

Instead: Job applications, leafcutter manuscript, poster for conference, talk for conference, project planning and update meetings.

Maybe sleep, too.

More rowing.

I recommend sleep first. It makes everything else much easier.

Your "break"
I second the remark about sleep first! To the extent adrenaline will let you.... The great convergence of stuff on your list makes me think of the intensity of birth... as in bringing forth something new. Access any and all the "midwifery" support that is around you, and know that I'm rooting for you to make it through this great convergence into a "place" that suits you!!!! (Looking forward to that dinner with you on the 22nd.)

PS: Now off to a very early morning bath, as I'm dealing with my own convergence of "stuff" (on-call this weekend, deadline this morning to get credentialing stuff done for new work situation, decision about spearheading "Duck Pond" event, supporting your dad's healing, Leslie's care and assemblage of curtains for her new space, prep for trip..... plus more). Time to be "making a list and checking it twice". Appreciating what it's like for you....
